What if something breaks in transit?
If your piece arrives broken, please contact me within 5 days of its arrival and I will issue a refund for the item's price. - How do I care for my pieces?
Handwashing is recommended, but not necessary (just be careful when loading into the dishwasher!). These pieces are also microwave safe, but may be extremely hot, so handle with an oven mit or towel. - What are Seconds?
Seconds are pieces that are not quite up to standard, usually due to glaze or firing errors, but are still usable. These items are discounted to reflect the errors.
- Do you take commissions?
I am not currently taking commisions, but if you have a particular fondness for a piece I would love to hear about it! It may just encourage a second round of production. - Do you sell in any retail locations?
